Position: Banquet Server (On Call) – Hilton Santa Fe
About: Remington is seeking an attentive and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server at Remington, you will be responsible for reviewing BEO’s for menu details, room setup, food, beverage, and audiovisual needs. You will assist in the setup of tables, buffets, and bars, ensuring quality and presentation of food before serving. Additionally, you will prepare and serve beverages for functions, provide professional service to guests, and communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless execution of events.
