Position: Banquet Server -On call
About: Banquet servers at a full-service hotel are responsible for food and drink service at hotel banquet functions. They ensure the function space is visually appealing, present the menu offerings for the event, handle linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Additionally, they assist with general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment. Previous experience as a banquet server or cater waiter is a plus.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous banquet server/cater waiter experience a plus; excellent customer service skills; ability to stand and walk for several hours, lift up to 30 pounds; flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays approximately 20 hours per week based on business levels
