Position: Banquet Server On-Call
About: Assist Banquet Manager in the serving of guests during banquet functions at Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor to ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements: Hotel experience preferred; ability to communicate well with guests; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette; ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room and stand for long periods of time; effective verbal and written communication skills
