Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous banquet or high volume serving experience required; must have Food Handlers Certification prior to hire and obtain an on-site alcohol certification once hired; previous serving experience in a four-star/four-diamond hotel or resort preferred but not required; requires some weekend and evening availability; must be 18 years or older
