Position: Banquet Server – On Call
About: The Duquesne Club, a conservative and prestigious environment located in Pittsburgh, is seeking a dedicated Banquet Server and Private Dining Server to be an integral part of creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. This role upholds the highest standards of etiquette and service to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Requirements: High level of physical stamina and strength to carry trays weighing up to 35 lbs.; proficiency in timing and coordinating multi-course meals with appropriate wine pairings; ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform various physical tasks; manual dexterity and excellent coordination for effective handling of service equipment; strong communication skills and attention to detail; self-motivated and knowledgeable in fine dining procedures and etiquette; familiarity with POS systems.
