Requirements: High school degree or equivalent experience; five to seven years in a commercial (i.e. embassy, corporate, restaurant) food service setting; minimum of one year experience with banquet and event operations, including setup, service, and breakdown; SafeServ and MD food safety certifications are required; ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English; ability to quickly adapt and think on one’s feet; a polite, positive, and proactive demeanor; experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook; focuses on continuous improvement of guest satisfaction; communicates in an open manner welcoming feedback
