Position: Banquet Server
About: Springfield University Plaza, located at 333 John Q. Hammons Pkwy in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking a Banquet Server to join Atrium SPIRIT – a vibrant and dynamic team known for providing exceptional service in their 267 beautifully appointed rooms and extensive event spaces. The Plaza offers a unique opportunity to be part of a lively and celebratory community at the heart of Springfield’s vibrant scene.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups preferred; Food Safety certificate or completion of training within the initial 90 days; Alcohol certification or completion of training within the initial 90 days; Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs; Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for the duration of scheduled shifts; Flexible availability including days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
