Position: Banquet Server
About: The Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel managed by StepStone Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced Banquet Server. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, excel in multitasking, and deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service in a historic and beautiful hotel setting.
Requirements: Minimum lifting of 50 pounds; pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity; hearing, writing, typing; minimum pulling of 50 pounds; comprehensive knowledge of hotel departments and functions; knowledge of health, safety, and legal regulations; high school education and relevant training and experience preferred; CPR and first aid training preferred; additional language ability and Food and Beverage Certifications preferred
