Position: Banquet Server

Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years full-service banquet experience or the equivalent; Menu and specials knowledge; Familiarity with wine list, liquor list, and specialty drinks; Understanding of liquor liability laws; Ability to navigate the layout of restaurant and banquet rooms; Professional appearance and demeanor; Physical stamina to stand and walk for long shifts; Capacity to transport food efficiently for guest service; Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
