Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, with previous food server experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred; knowledge of wine service, table service procedures, and table etiquette strongly preferred; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team; ability to follow all departmental and property policies and procedures; must be able and willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments.
