Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years full-service banquet experience or equivalent; familiarity with menu, wine list, liquor list, and special drinks; knowledge of liquor liability laws; understanding of restaurant and banquet room layouts; professional appearance and demeanor; ability to stand and walk for entire shifts; capacity to transport food for 4 guests in a single trip; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
