Position: Banquet Server
About: Assist the banquet department at a luxury hotel with coordinating and delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to guests.
Requirements: High school diploma preferred; no experience required, prior hospitality/customer service experience preferred; ability to respond quickly and accurately to guest requests; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently; knowledge of appropriate table settings and proper set-up preferred; dependable and reliable with flexibility to work varied schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; attention to detail; ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner; excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills; must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs; ability to stand and move continuously; hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations; represent the company professionally and courteously.
