Position: Banquet Server
About: To assist the banquet department with the coordination and service delivery of food and beverage experiences to guests at a renowned hotel chain, following high standards of quality and service.
Requirements: High school diploma preferred; no experience required, prior hospitality/customer service experience preferred; ability to respond quickly and accurately to guest requests; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently; knowledge of appropriate table settings and proper set-up preferred; ability to obtain and maintain an active Responsible Beverage Service Training Certification; dependable and reliable with flexibility to work varied schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; attention to detail; excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills; must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs; ability to stand and move continuously; hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations; must represent the company professionally, well-groomed, and courteously.
