About: Upshift is a revolutionary mobile app that offers flexible shifts for Banquet Servers at events, allowing workers to create their own schedules and choose when and where to work. Upshift provides opportunities for various experience levels in roles like Assembly, Hospitality, Packing, Bartending, and more.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in serving food and beverages at events; ability to greet guests, take orders, and serve efficiently; physical stamina to be on feet throughout the shift, lift up to 25 lb frequently, and up to 50 lb occasionally; excellent communication and customer service skills
