What you’ll be doing as a Banquet Server: Prepare banquet room, tables, and buffet; Serve food and drinks; Clear tables as needed and keep drinks filled; Communicate special meal requirements to the kitchen staff; Greet, guide, and thank guests. Requirements: Experience as a banquet server preferred but not necessary; Effective communication skills and friendly customer service; Ability to carry food and cocktail trays; Background check required
