Position: Banquet Server
About: ASM Global, a leading venue management company and producer of live event experiences, is seeking a Banquet Server for the Food & Beverage department at the Broward County Convention Center. This role involves providing high-quality catering service for banquet events across their global portfolio of venues and corporate offices.
Requirements: High school degree or GED required; at least one year of experience in a Food & Beverage environment; strong ability to work with other staff members; ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks; must adhere to local food codes; good oral, customer service, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; results and self-driven; able to adapt to changes and manage competing demands; physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform various tasks involving stooping, standing, and walking regularly; willingness to work extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
