About: Upshift is a revolutionary mobile app that offers flexible shifts for various roles like Assembly, Hospitality, Packing, Bartending, and more, allowing individuals to choose their own hours and work on their terms.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in serving food and beverages at events; ability to greet guests, take orders, and convey instructions effectively; physically fit to be on feet the entire shift, lift/carry up to 50 lb occasionally, reach, kneel, and stoop repeatedly; strong visual and auditory perception skills for dynamic event environments
