Requirements: Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol; working knowledge of ala carte and fine dining practices; TABC certified and Tips Trained required; Food Handlers required; availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; previous banquet serving experience, preferably in a resort setting; ability to comprehend reading materials, speak, read and write English; maintain proper associate uniform standards and slip-resistant, polished footwear
