Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; flexible and long hours sometimes required; ability to stand during entire shift; effective at listening, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests; ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions; approach all encounters in a service-oriented manner; effective in handling problems and showing initiative
