Position: Banquet Server
About: The Banquet Server plays a vital role in the banquet team, collaborating with the Executive Chef and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations at the property. This includes actively participating in the successful execution of all banquet and dining functions, ensuring exceptional guest service.
Requirements: 1-2 years of related experience in F&B; Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws; Experience in food and beverage service, a la carte, and banquet operations; Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Strong service orientation; Availability for night shifts and weekends
