Position: Banquet Server
About: Oak View Group is seeking a Server to provide ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The server will be responsible for reading Banquet Event Orders, carrying at least 8 entrees per tray, providing fine dining level food and beverage service to guests, maintaining friendly and professional contact with guests, setting up and maintaining food and beverage stations, inventory management, event area and front of house staging maintenance, setup and cleanup, working independently, ensuring a safe work environment, customer interaction, flexibility in work schedule, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, physical requirements, and communication skills in the English language.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted. Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants preferred. Must be at least eighteen years of age to serve alcoholic drinks.
