Position: Banquet Server
About: HHM Hotels is seeking a Banquet Server to set up banquet rooms and serve food and beverages according to established guest service and sustainability standards. The role offers a growth path to Banquet Captain, Assistant Banquet Manager, and Banquet Manager positions. Responsibilities include following supervisor instructions, attending pre-event meetings, ensuring food and beverage consistency, addressing guest requests and complaints, and adhering to alcohol serving regulations and sustainability practices. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, with food service experience being a plus, and the ability to memorize menu items. The work environment involves varying schedules, including holidays and weekends, and physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 pounds, and bending and reaching.
