Position: Banquet Server
About: We are seeking professional and reliable Banquet servers with a can-do attitude to join our NYC team. Qualified candidates will be working with both our corporate and catering clients at their various events and banquets, providing excellent customer service. Since we are a staffing firm, we offer flexible schedules – you pick when you want to work. Shifts available will include days, nights, and weekends – whatever works best for you!
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of banquet/catering experience with sit-down service; 2 former professional banquet/catering references; certificate of completion of an NYSLA recognized alcohol awareness training program such as from The American Safety Council or Tips is a plus; excellent communication and customer service skills; detail-oriented and able to adapt to a fast-changing environment; ability to stand and walk for long periods of time; high level of professionalism when dealing with clients, guests, and coworkers
