Position: Banquet Server
About: Managed by HHM Hotels, the banquet server position involves setting up banquet rooms and serving food and/or beverages in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards. The role includes a growth path from Banquet Captain to Assistant Banquet Manager and Banquet Manager. Responsibilities include attending roll call meetings, serving guests, replenishing beverages, and handling guest requests and complaints.
