Position: Banquet Server
About: Atlas Restaurant Group is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service during banquets, parties, meetings, and special events, contributing to the success of each event with attention to detail and outstanding guest service.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience as a server for events and/or banquets; strong guest service skills with the ability to provide a positive and memorable guest experience; ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required; experience in catering or hospitality industry is an asset; high school diploma or equivalent; ability to stand during entire shift; ability to lift 30 lbs; must have a valid form of identification; knowledge of basic math including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing; ability to use Toast Point-of-Sale (POS) & Restaurant365 systems; basic knowledge of English is highly preferred; ability to follow written and verbal instructions and understand company directives; ability to use common sense to understand and carry out instructions; ability to creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment; must be able to stand, walk, reach, handle objects, talk, hear, taste, smell, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally sit, climb stairs, maintain balance, and respond quickly to emergencies; demonstrate emotional intelligence, personal accountability, teamwork, engaging employees, giving and receiving feedback effectively; comfortable working in a noisy kitchen environment with medium to high foot traffic and exposure to various elements; willingness to work collaboratively with other employees and management team members
