Position: BANQUET SERVER
About: Carolina Country Club, a private platinum private club in Raleigh, NC, is currently hiring Banquet Servers/house set up to work varied shifts including morning/afternoon/evening weekends and holidays, offering up to 30 hours per week. The club seeks outgoing and personable individuals interested in a server’s position within a family-oriented environment, focusing on excellent service and building professional relationships.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; open availability throughout the week (Tuesdays through Sundays); energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated individual; outgoing and personable; capable of implementing and upholding service standards; able to prioritize and organize work assignments; ability to interact with all Club Members and team members; must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time; must be able to set up function space with tables, chairs, linens, tableware, etc.; always professional and friendly; flexible to work weekdays/nights, weekends, and/or holidays
