Position: Banquet Server
About: Jonathan Club is an upscale, members-only, private club located in Santa Monica on the beach. Club facilities include food & beverage outlets both casual and fine dining, luxurious meeting spaces, and a state-of-the-art athletics facility featuring wellness programs and spa services. The Banquet Server position is responsible for providing friendly, exceptional service during Banquet events, assisting in event preparation and set-up, serving food and beverages during events, performing table and buffet maintenance, and maintaining full knowledge of menu items while complying with workplace cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Have a positive attitude, be dependable, and maintain a neat, clean, well-groomed, and professional appearance; Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Food Server, Food Runner, Busser, or Bartender in a high-end, large volume Private Club or Hotel; Must be a team-player and work in a fast-paced and focused environment.
