Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years full-service banquet experience or equivalent; menu and specials knowledge; familiarity with wine, liquor, and special drinks lists; understanding of liquor liability laws; ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor; capable of standing and walking for entire shifts; skilled in transporting food efficiently; willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
