Position: Banquet Server

Requirements: Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required; ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights; ability to work in a humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more; ability to lift, push, reach, or carry 10+ pounds frequently; excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills; 6 months to 1 year of experience in high volume and/or fine dining preferred; high school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
