About: Downtown Grand, located in a vibrant downtown setting, is seeking a detail-oriented Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service during events and functions. This role will involve setting up, maintaining, and breaking down buffet and service stations to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years previous experience with banquets or catering; familiarity with food, beverage, and wine service; ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; effective communication in English, both written and oral forms
