Position: Banquet Porter
About: A banquet and catering company in Nevada is looking for a Banquet Porter to join their team. The Banquet Porter will be responsible for executing the preparation, setup, and teardown of banquet areas and meeting spaces, interacting with guests, and maintaining cleanliness according to health department standards and fire codes.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; ability to work consistently with tables and chairs, multitask in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 75 lbs. at a time, and work rotating shifts; must be at least 18 years of age and have excellent communication skills; flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends; ability to interpret and follow instructions and perform under pressure; knowledge of English language for communication and reporting; strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills required.
