Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; minimum of three years’ experience in hotel banquet management, with prior experience as a banquet captain and server in a 4-Diamond hotel preferred; highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-pressure environments; strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments; knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and basic food service administrative functions; certification in alcohol service training within 3 months of hiring
