Requirements: At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; High school diploma required; Previous supervisory responsibility preferred; Strong knowledge of service standards and different service types; Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules, and liquor laws; Ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests; Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions; Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; Comply with hotel standards and regulations; Perform other duties as requested by management.
