Position: Banquet Manager
About: Jonathan Club is an upscale, members-only, private club located in Santa Monica on the beach. Club facilities include food & beverage outlets both casual and fine dining, luxurious meeting spaces, and a state-of-the-art athletics facility featuring wellness programs and spa services. The Banquet Manager will be responsible for coordinating food and beverage service for members and guests, working closely with the Banquet Director, Food and Beverage Manager, and the Director of Food and Beverage to ensure member satisfaction.
Requirements: Positive, upbeat, and motivating leadership skills; Excellent communication skills, both in person, over the phone, and in writing; Flexible availabilities including weekends and holidays; Ability to work in a high-volume operation; Must be highly organized and detail-oriented; Comfortable knowledge level regarding product and property information; Demonstrates willingness to learn; Comfortable knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe (PDF)
