Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in banquet setup and service preferred; ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in event spaces; proficiency in safe handling of banquet equipment; strong teamwork and independent work abilities; attention to detail and customer service orientation; excellent communication and listening skills; creativity in food and beverage presentation; physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays.
