Position: Banquet Houseperson
About: Prairie Meadows is seeking a Banquet Houseperson to join their team. The role involves being a vital part of the success of numerous events at Prairie Meadows, both big and small, by ensuring the seamless setup and teardown of all events and equipment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Previous banquet set up experience preferred; Must be able to follow oral and written instructions, as well as read and comprehend event set-up diagrams; Customer service skills relating to both internal and external guests are required; Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, and moving furniture for long periods of time; Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and push/pull a cart weighing up to 150 lbs. is required; Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, twist and grip objects, kneel, crawl, and differentiate colors; Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply.
