Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or related experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; flexible and long hours sometimes required; ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly; effective verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities; strong multitasking and prioritization skills; compliance with hotel standards and regulations for safe operations; proactive in identifying and solving problems; warm and friendly demeanor at all times
