Position: Banquet House Attendant
About: The luxury Banquet House Attendant position is available at a prestigious resort dedicated to providing guests with an exceptional experience. This role involves ensuring the successful physical set-up and turnovers of all banquet events, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding AAA Four Diamond Standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; minimum age of 21; previous hospitality experience; good communication skills; completion of Responsible Vendor Alcoholic Beverage Service and BASSET training; completion of ServeSafe Sanitation training; ability to speak, read, write, and understand workplace language; physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment; manual dexterity to operate equipment; willingness to work varying schedules, odd hours, weekends, and holidays; ability to travel and participate in training; possession of or ability to obtain and maintain an Occupational License pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act
