Position: Banquet House Attendant
About: The Banquet House Attendant at Wind Creek Chicago Southland is responsible for setting up and maintaining banquet events, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to standards. Wind Creek Hospitality is a leading casino resort brand with properties in the US and the Caribbean. The new Wind Creek Chicago Southland property is set to open in Fall 2024, offering a wide range of entertainment options for guests and team members alike.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older; Previous Hospitality experience is required; Good communication skills, both verbal and written; Successful completion of Responsible Vendor Alcoholic Beverage Service, and BASSET training; Successful completion of ServeSafe Sanitation training; Must pass job interview and guest service audition; Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace; Ability to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions simultaneously; Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull carts weighing up to 250 lbs.; Willing to work odd hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to obtain and maintain an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Act
