Position: Banquet Coordinator – Mandalay Bay

Requirements: Has at least 1 year of relevant administrative or food & beverage experience; Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and has some experience with systems like Oracle or Amadeus; Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with frequent coordination between departments; Is adaptable, able to manage multiple projects, and works well in a structured, team-oriented setting; Excels in communication and collaboration with chefs, managers, and other team members; Minimum age requirement to work in a food and beverage establishment
