Position: Banquet Captain, Catering

Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is necessary; an Associate’s degree is preferred; ServSafe certification within 3 months of hire; valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record; at least 3 years of related experience required; at least 2 years of offsite catering, restaurants, or specialty events experience preferred; ability to drive a catering van and medium-size box truck needed; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Food and Labor Management Systems required; strong communication and interpersonal skills essential; ability to make on-site decisions to resolve problems necessary; strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills; demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service; ability to manage people and maintain confidentiality; proactive, enthusiastic attitude essential; strong supervisory and interpersonal skills required.
