Position: Banquet Captain
About: Lake Nona Golf & Country Club, Orlando’s most exclusive private club, is currently seeking a Banquet Captain. Ranked as a Platinum Club of the World and a Distinguished Emerald Club of the World, we are dedicated to providing top-notch amenities, programs, and service to our 500 members and their families.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a Club, fine dining, or similar environment; A thorough understanding of wine and experience in wine sales promotion programs; Creative, energetic, engaging, and a highly visible manager; Strong understanding of club industry technology, preferably Jonas software; Hospitality/Business Management education a plus; Excellent interpersonal skills; Commitment to first-class service; Ability to articulate thoughts and actively listen; Demonstrated track record of responsibility; Must be physically able to do assigned work as outlined above; Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions; Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
