Requirements: Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality supervisory role is preferred.; Strong leadership and communication skills.; Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.; Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.; Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.; Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
