About: The Banquet Beverage Manager position is available at a hotel, convention center, and attractions complex, responsible for overseeing all banquet and catering beverage-related activities including staffing, service operations, controls, and billing.
Requirements: At least two years of beverage management experience in a hotel or restaurant setting required; any combination of education, training, or experience providing the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities; high school diploma required; must obtain TABC & Food Handlers Certification before starting work; must possess a valid Driver’s License.
