Requirements: Previous bartending or training required; Must be 21 years of age; Be self-motivated and able to work independently; Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed; Knowledge of the Micros operating system a plus; Have working knowledge of beer, wine & liquor and common drink recipes; Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight is necessary, up to 40lbs; Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time; Clean background check and reliable transportation a must; Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills
