Position: Banquet Bartender
About: Set up, tend, and breakdown Banquet bar according to standard policies and procedures in a safe and efficient manner. The position reports to the Senior Food and Beverage Manager. Essential job functions include checking Banquet Bar and Banquet Event Orders, setting up the Banquet Bar, making and serving drinks to guests, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations, and maintaining cleanliness in the function area. Other responsibilities include following attendance rules and performing any assigned job-related duties.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to communicate in English; basic knowledge of service of various alcoholic beverages; sufficient manual dexterity in hands; ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers, and patrons.
