Position: Banquet Bartender

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages according to local state laws; flexible and long hours sometimes required; ability to stand for the entire shift; previous bartending experience helpful; effective at listening, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests; able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines; maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas, and assist in implementing solutions
