About: The Edgewater is seeking a Banquet Bartender to prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring complete satisfaction at events. The position requires adherence to high standards of excellence synonymous with The Edgewater.
Requirements: Prior bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume banquet or hotel environment; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong attention to detail and ability to multitask; effective communication with guests, co-workers, and management; strong customer service and conflict resolution skills; must be 21 years old; flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; excellent knowledge of liquors, beers, and wine; ability to obtain necessary licenses or certificates; able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 50 lbs; proficiency in moderately complex computer software
