About: The Umstead Hotel is seeking a Banquet Bartender to consistently achieve high service and product delivery standards, ensuring exceptional guest experiences during banqueting events. The role involves providing in-depth knowledge of wine and beverages, cocktail preparation techniques, and maintaining bar stations as per hotel standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; exceptional knowledge of all products, liquors, wines, and beverages available in banquet bars; expertise in cocktail mixology and preparation techniques; familiarity with North Carolina state liquor laws; ability to anticipate guest needs and handle basic cash transactions; strong attention to detail and time management skills; adherence to cleanliness, safety standards, and hotel policies; ability to work harmoniously with team members and supervisors
