Position: Banquet Bar Helper
About: This position is for a barback/bartender at a casino environment, assisting the bartender(s) and cocktail staff in their duties. The role involves maintaining the bar setup, cleanliness, and guest areas, interacting with guests, promoting menu items and hotel services, and ensuring alcohol serving guidelines are followed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in bar or restaurant settings preferred. Must have strong knowledge of cocktails, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to handle fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
